The short version: this is a marketing website for B.A.D. Marketing, a division of Better Analytics and Digital LLC. Reading it is free and unconditional. Hiring us is governed by a separate written agreement, not this page.

Who we are

B.A.D. Marketing is a trade name of Better Analytics and Digital LLC, an Ohio limited liability company based in Columbus, Ohio.

What this site is

A marketing website. It describes services we offer and projects we've built. Nothing on this page is a binding offer, a contract, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation.

What this site isn't

  • A signed services agreement. If you engage us, we'll sign a separate written contract that governs the actual work.
  • A warranty of any kind on the information shown. We try to keep it accurate. We're human.
  • A guarantee of website availability, uptime, or freedom from bugs.

Your use of the site

You can read it, share links to it, screenshot it, and quote it. Don't:

  • Reverse-engineer the site or its API endpoints for purposes other than legitimate web crawling
  • Submit bot traffic, spam, or automated form submissions
  • Use the contact form to harass, threaten, or send unlawful content
  • Misrepresent yourself as us

Third-party links and projects

The Proof section links to live projects (Max Athletics, TrueFIT Athletics) that we built but that are operated by their respective owners. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

Intellectual property

The site design, copy, and code are owned by Better Analytics and Digital LLC. The B.A.D. Marketing name, wordmark, and design system are not licensed for reuse.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Analytics and Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. The site is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Franklin County, Ohio.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
